Follow-up: Send Away #10

This exercise was originally posted at: http://maritimeorca0.blogspot.com/2014/11/send-away-10.html

The Task

Starting from the gray cell, a package was sent through a series of cells before leaving the grid. In most cases, the package could have been sent diagonally. When exiting the grid, it was not diagonal (It was due north, due south, due west, or due east). The rules of this puzzle are similar to previous Send Away puzzles except that clues are provided instead of arrows. Note that cells that the package did not go through do not have directions, and clues referencing cells north, south, east, and west of rows and columns do not include the referenced row or column. Also note that rows and columns have been numbered.
