Self-Exploration
Do you know who you are? Nobody should know who you are better than you do. These exercises will ask you questions about yourself. It’s up to you to figure out an answer based on who you are and who you think you should become. On the surface, these will be the easiest mental exercises that will be provided. Just remember one thing: these exercises will usually become more difficult and more valuable if you are willing to be honest with yourself.
