The Task

Answer the question: Are you biased?

Try to figure out whether or not you maintain beliefs and opinions that make it difficult to approach neutrality regarding various issues.

As with all questions regarding who you are, this question is more challenging and more valuable if you are honest with yourself.

Changes for 2017

I said it last year, and now it's time for a reminder. I am no longer maintaining a queue of mental exercises to post monthly. Now that a year has passed, it's time to establish the future of this blog.

The Task

Create an Excel spreadsheet that includes a formula designed to pick a day out of the week at random using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.

You will need to use one of Excel's random functions to generate at least one random number as the basis of this exercise. That random number or perhaps a series of random numbers will then be needed to pick one of the seven days of the week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
